SSTA (Saint-Anicet Sanding)

The SSTA division handles industrial clean-ups, from cleaning ducts to cleaning different types of reservoirs, either small or large.

Blast

Part of the work offered is blasting with sand, carbonate or steel beads, as needed. Two units are available for different types of blasts. One unit is equipped with a booster pump for added efficiency.

Industrial cleanup

Our manpower has a vast knowledge and experience for industrial cleanups. Equipped with specialized suits enabling them to enter confined spaces to manually remove sulphates or acids, they always get the job done. Security is maintained with the suit's integrated harness system and breathable air pumped in by compressors equipped with monitors to ensure air quality.

Once out of the confined space, the workers are cleaned in an enclosed environment close to the work area so that the acids or sulphates are not spread into uncontaminated areas.

Catalyst

Since 2004, the Tremblay Group has been doing catalyst work in sulphuric acid plants. The equipment and knowledgeable staff can now remove, screen et replace sulphuric acid plant catalyst in record times. Equipment improvement and innovation has reduced our operating time without sacrificing catalyst loss or damage.

GapVax

A new addition to the Tremblay Group is a GapVax HV-57. This specialized industrial vacuum truck can clean up dry and semi-dry particles rapidly and in a quiet environment. Equipped with a 5300 cfm pump, a 3000 gallon tank and 6 cyclones for filtering particulates, this truck can pick up fine particulates such as sands and minerals as well as sludge without a decrease in performance.
