SJMT (Soudures J.M. Tremblay)

The JM Tremblay Welding company has been accredited seen the fall of 1988 by the Canadian bureau of welding (CWB) and holds a 47.1, division 2.1 certificate. The company adheres to all quality control regulations (ISO 9002: 1994 and ISO 9001: 2000) in 2003.

The conception of the structures is assured by a competent engineering team. They oversee, as well, the designs and plans for their fabrication.

One of the principal roles of this division is the fabrication of steel structures for construction. The employees have no problem making difficult forms, as they are well equipped with specialized machinery, such as plasma tables and robots.

The workshop’s large area permits the assembly of structures more than 100 feet long. These pieces can then be transferred to the sandblasting unit to finish the surface. Then our paint room assures an impeccable finish.

Yet another service is the metallizing of industrial equipment. Among the substrates available are aluminum and ceramic. This procedure allows a longer durability of the equipment treated.

The second division of Tremblay Welding makes and repairs cathodic plates used for the electrolysis of metals.
